Dog Allergies Are Making My Dog Lick And Scratch Herself Silly

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

R. Adam Shore asked:

Poor Annie.

For the first 12 years of her life she was as normal as most dogs. That is to say she spent her days in search of the doggy basics: food, walk, play time and loving. Not to mention the never ending hunt for the single best place to *** or ****.

Then about a year ago Annie began to develop dog allergies. At first we thought she had fleas. We diligently applied Frontline, gave her flea baths and combed and brushed her but this did not relieve her itching for long. Over time she developed red and scaling sores on her belly and especially on the **** near her tail.

Her licking and scratching went on every day and, worse, into the night. It was not uncommon to be awakened by the sound of her licking. She, and I, needed relief.

We visited the vet and she informed us that dog allergies occur in over 40% of the dogs that seeks vet treatment for itching and scratching. She explained that these allergies are caused by any number of food or airborne allergens.

The first issue was to get her licking and scratching under control.

To do this involved a three step approach. The first step was a medicated bath that helped sooth the skin. Step two was to start Annie on a course of antibiotics to kill the sores that had formed on her body. Finally, to control the scratching, a 10 day steroid dose was prescribed. In terms of side effects the main issue was the steroids that caused her to drink a ton more water than normal and to be hungry all of the time. Fortunately she did not start to exhibit personality changes brought on by mood swings caused by the steroids.

Within 3 days Annie was feeling much better. She was better but the cause of her dog allergies was not yet understood.

Was it in her food? Was it in our home? Was she allergic to our cat?

The search for answers is a long process much like getting to the bottom of a human allergy problem. There are many approaches to take but we chose to focus on the food related possibilities. The first step was to eliminate all the store bought food from her diet. But wait, this can have unforeseen side effects. You see as bad as dog food is, given the fact that it contains simply unknown parts of unknown animals, there has been enough testing to know that from a nutritional standpoint it does provide the right blend of nutrients to keep our normally healthy dogs healthy. So by feeding a diet of homemade food we effectively removed the potential allergen but compromised her health. An alternative solution was to move to a vegetarian based dog food and get the animal impurities out of her system.

The follow up step was to do lots of research, as even the best vet in town does not have the time to dedicate to understanding the issue as much as the dogs owner. The internet contains a huge database of information on dog allergies as written by drug companies, veterinarians, pet owners, and complied into many useful sites.

Don’t let your best friend suffer. Start by getting some help for your dog today and then do your homework. Making your dog feel better will make you feel better.

Natural Pet Foods are Going to the Dogs

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

Mitch Endick asked:

Not surprisingly, many pet owners are now passing along some human lifestyle habits to their furry housemates. For a number of reasons, pet owners are opting to provide their animal companions with dietary choices once reserved for humans. Maintaining a proper diet regimen for our pets has always been an important responsibility of overall pet ownership. The trend toward more healthy pet foods has been growing for several years.

Dogs and cats are susceptible to many of the same diseases as their human counterparts. Diabetes, heart disease and other medical conditions strike pets with some regularity. Prevention or treatment of these illnesses often requires changes to the animals diet. My own beloved Golden Retriever was stricken with canine diabetes that required daily doses of insulin and very careful monitoring of his blood glucose.

Just like a human with this debilitating disease, Einstein needed a very special diet in order to control his weight and keep his blood glucose levels in line. A local vet recommended a very expensive brand of food that was not much different in nutritional content then the cheaper stuff.

After consulting several veterinary specialists, we settled on a combination of off the shelf foods that worked fairly well. We would occasionally prepare home cooked meals for this sweet dog, following the same dietary prescriptions that would be used for humans. We found recipes that contained high protein levels, and were low in fat and carbohydrates. Vegetables like green pepper and zucchini made great snacks.

Aside from the obvious need to treat a medical condition with proper diet, many pet owners are looking for ways to prolong the life and good health of their animal companions. Home cooked pet food recipes are widely available giving pets access to some foods that they would only dream about while napping on the couch. Begging at the dinner table has become a thing of the past for many pets. Providing the proper balance of fats, proteins and carbohydrates can be tricky at first, but some types of people food can be prepared to your pets benefit.

In 2005, there was a nationwide scare over pet foods that had been contaminated with a naturally occurring grain fungus. The fungus produces the poison aflatoxin that resulted in the recall over a dozen brands of dog and cat food. Sadly, there were reports of pets that died or became seriously ill because of the contamination.

Pets were again put at risk in 2007 when two cases of pet food contamination reportedly caused the deaths of thousands of dogs and cats world wide. Two industrial chemicals, aminopterin and melamine, was found in dozens of pet food products. Two massive product recalls were ordered but not before thousands of family companions died or became seriously ill. Pet owners were forced to spend enormous amounts of money to treat their sick pets.

These tragic events have driven more and more pet owners to reconsider what their pets eat. As a result, the market for natural and organic pet foods has grown significantly. Many pet owners are not only cooking for themselves but for their pets as well. When preparing food for your pet, always consult a veterinary professional. Cats, dogs and other domestic pets have very different dietary needs and owners need to educate themselves before firing up the stove.

When choosing a store bought pet food product, take the time to read the content labeling carefully. Just like humans, our pet companions need us to provide them with a balanced diet. If you have questions about what is best for your pet, always consult a veterinary professional.

Dog Foods Cause You To Order Pet Medications

Monday, June 22nd, 2009

Susanne Bargel asked:

This can actually save me money too! The best pets rx is prevention. I will order pet meds when necessary, but I prefer to just keep her healthy in the first place.

Most commercial pet foods are garbage. Most, not all, be sure to read the label. One of the things lots of companies do is add ethoxyquin as a preservative to dry foods. That’s not a good thing at all for her and it’s illegal for my food so it makes sense not to give it to her either, right? Think of this the next time you order pet medications for your sickly pet. Ethozyquin causes all sorts of health problems and they know this, and yet put it in their foods and tell you to feed your dog their product.

They can also add euthanized cats and dogs and zoo animals and road kill, grind it all up and call it ‘meat meal’. Yes, most dog food companies put this into your beloved pet’s food. This also includes the dog tags, flea collars, the bags they put the dead animals in and the **** inside them! One study found upto 25% fecal material in the ‘meat meal’. Do you want to pay for that? More importantly, do you want to feed that to your pet? I know I don’t. I love my dog.

Another really bad ingredient that gets into commercial food is the sodium pentobarbital they use to put suffering animals down. That stays in the body of the poor deceased animals that get ground up into the ‘meat meal’ So, when your pooch eats her food she’s actually behaving like a cannibal and eating chemicals that cause all sorts of health issues. There is a better way.

Your dog has many generations behind him/her that were fed on the same stuff we eat everyday. Store bought dog food is not now and has never been necessary to your pets survival. Now science has guidelines for the best nutrition of your pet, broken down to certain breeds as well. You can select a quality brand of commercial food that truly is looking out for her nurtition or make good stuff yourself at home. I do both.

Here’s some of the receipes my little girl loves. You can add more protein (meat), or fiber(veggies), depending on your particular pet’s need. These are foods that I can eat so I know they will be good for her too, although not all people food is good for our pets.

This first receipe I call her rice dish. She eats about 1/3 of it each meal so it goes pretty quickly. Occasionaly I get to freeze a portion or two and that makes it easy to just grab, microwave to thaw, and heat a little before serving. You may also double the receipe to make things easier on you, the cook.

Start with a medium sized pot. Brown 1/2 pound of lean beef or chicken. Then add 1 1/2 Cups of water and 1 Cup of uncooked rice (brown rice is best but white will also work). Boil together until rice is tender, it should be slightly watery at this point. Add 1/2 Cup grated carrots, 1 small can of peas, and any scraps of vegtables you may have leftover (if your dog likes them). I also add a dash of garlic because she likes it and it smells good in my kitchen. Simple and yummy.

This next receipe is called her macaroni dish. This is a little large and lasts about twice as long. Oftentimes I alternate these dishes to give her variety.

Start with a large pot and a splash of oil. Add 2 Cups of lean meat… beef or chicken or lamb, brown. Yes, you can keep any pan drippings in there and she just loves that. Add 2 or 3 choppped carrots, a zuchini chopped, 1 stalk celery chopped, and a can of peas. You can also add the scraps of broccoli or the potato scrappings from last night or any leftover veggies you may have. Cover with water and simmer till veggies are starting to get soft. Add 1/2 pound macaroni and continue to cook uncovered until pasta is soft. Serve her one big scoop and freeze the rest in

baggies. Take out one baggie per meal so proportion them accordingly.

As I said earlier, most commercial pet foods are garbage but you can find some that really care about your pet. If you find cooking for your pet to be too bothersome try looking for a quality brand and read the label carefully. I do give my girl dry food 2 to 3 times per week, sometimes with a little ‘people’ food on top. I use the best quality food I can find for her because I love her.

We get very attached to our pets, they become members of the family. From time to time they do need us to order pet meds on their behalf, but if we care for them

properly they can live long happy and healthy lives.

What Dog Supplies Do I Need for My New Pet?

Monday, June 22nd, 2009

Groshan Fabiola asked:

When a puppy comes into a new family besides love he requires dog supplies. Owners might not know a lot of things about what a dog needs in order to grow healthy and well.

There are a lot of dog stores with a lot of dog products exposed but sometimes it is difficult to decide from all those hundreds of dog products what dog supply to buy.

The term of dog supply refers to: dog beds, blankets, food, bowls and feeders, furniture, bones, cages, even books, and calendars with dogs.

The most essential dog supplies you will need are: a dog bed, a bowl, a collar, health products, a cage, a toy, maybe even dog clothes if you want your dog to look cool. It is indicated that you buy only the dog supplies that have been dog tested, to avoid any accidents and illnesses.

If you do not have time to go to a dog store and buy these dog supplies, you can access the internet and order from there the needed dog products.

You must be very attentive when buying any dog supply because some might not fit your dog. The dog bed must be on its size otherwise the poor pet might not rest as comfortably as you initially wanted to. The bowl must too match your dog size because some might not feed enough if they have a small bowl and might also make a mess around when eating.

Other dog supplies that must be chosen by your dog type are the food. Picking up the right food means: choosing the right food for the right age group: puppies, adult dogs or senior pets. Within the age group pick the right dog weight category; try different types of food for your dog to get a feel for what he likes and dislikes and offer your dog variety because no one likes eating the same things every day.

Bones are a dog’s favorite supply. A dog will always be happy when receiving a bone. This kind of treats must be carefully chosen because they can lead to the dog’s choking if they are too small.

Other requested dog supplies in dog stores are the dog houses. They are designed for the dogs that sleep outside the house. They will require a dog blanket too.

These dog supplies are regular ones and everybody affords them. Besides these, there exist other dog supplies which are more expensive and not every owner wants those products for its dog. Some of them are: dog clothes, boots, jackets and sweaters, and dog jewelry.

Also, if you have doubts on a dog supply you can always ask details about it at the shop you bought if from. The dog store’s personnel will gladly answer your questions about any dog supply.

If you are looking for a large variety of dog supplies fallow this links. At http://www.familypet.com you will find any dog supply that will make your beloved pets life happy.

Organic Pet Food

Thursday, June 18th, 2009

Jane Dinunzio asked:

rganic? Organic refers to environment-friendly farming methods using no artificial pesticides, fertilizers or chemicals to produce the purest and most natural foods possible. Organic, earth-friendly farming practices promote the sustainable value of our natural resources and produce beneficial nourishing foods for our families and companion pets.

Since the advent of grocery store commercial dog food, there has been an explosion of pets dying from tumors, growths, cancers, and diseases that were unheard many years ago.

I truly believe this has been caused by the unhealthy chemicals, pesticides, hormones, fats and preservatives used to make this cereal based kibble palatable and long lived. Can you imagine eating a dry, cereal like, tasteless food every day, that in fact can sit on the shelf for years and not spoil. Obiously there are heavy duty chemicals and preservatives used to extend the shelf life. It’s like eating sawdust with a chemical enhanced flavor, to cover up all the harmful additives.

Changing to organic dog food, whether it is home made organic, with the same all natural ingredients you eat for supper, or buying the premium high grade organic dog food that has become increasingly popular, is the best you can do for your four legged companion. An organic dog food marked 95% organic meets the same guidelines as organic food produced for humans. The food won’t contain pesticides or antibiotics, and it’s preserved with natural substances like Vitamins C and E. Organically certified pet food is more costly, just as our own organic food is more expensive, but the advantages of superior pet health and helping our environment is worth it to most of us.

Organic dog food will say it is using certified organic ingredients, and should say which agency has done the certification.

Foods with a lot of fillers are cheaper but less nutritious. Just as with human organic food, natural organic ingredients will go a long way toward giving your pet a long, healthy life.

Some of the benefits of switching to organic dog food are: Higher energy, more activity, stronger bones and teeth, and a beautiful healthy coat. - Helps prevent itching and irritating skin conditions, because organic dog food is free of artificial colors and flavor enhancers, chemical additives and toxic pesticides that could cause many of these skin allergies. In some cases completely eliminating these allergic skin reactions. - It is easier to maintain a healthier weight, because organic dog food is superior in nutritional value, and this prevents overeating in you dog as they are more satisfied eating smaller amounts. There are no bulk fillers in organic dog food. - Better overall health and a stronger immunity. Even if you dog seems healthy he/she can still benefit. An increased immune system will help prevent long term, costly illnesses and infections, that may require costly medical treatments. - Quality of life and longevity are increased by feeding organic dog food as opposed to the cereal filled cheap dog food.

Organic dog will be formulated with human grade meat, not ground bits and pieces of animals that are unfit for human consumption, or rancid road kill, as the cheaper store bought commercial food industry uses. Also you should find an organic dog food that boasts using no corn, wheat, soy, grain fractions, fillers or by-products.

Learn to decipher labels on commercial pet foods. They are purposefully deceiving us into buying low grade, unhealthy food all for profit, not for the health of our pet.

To buy organic dog food or to make home made organic dog food will guarantee what you pet is ingesting and give him/her a better chance at a healthy, longer, happier, more energetic life.

How To Fight Your Pets Allergies The Right Way

Saturday, June 13th, 2009

Ronny Sikes asked:

Food allergies are the third most common type of allergy manifest in dogs. Unfortunately, food allergies in dogs are not breed-specific, and thus there are no “safe breeds.” They can develop anywhere between 5 months to 12 years of age, though most often they appear between the ages of 2 and 6. An important thing to understand about a potential food allergy is that it develops over time, and a dog can slowly develop an allergic reaction to a food it has safely eaten for months or years beforehand.

It is also important to understand the difference between allergies and intolerances. A food intolerance, for example, might result in diarrhea or vomiting in a dog, much the same way a human might react poorly to spicy or foreign foods. An allergy may not result in overt symptoms such as these, but might be more subtle such as itchy or sensitive skin. Other common symptoms include hot spots, excessive scratching, hair loss, and ear sensitivity/infections. Year-round symptoms are a good tip-off, because seasonal allergies will naturally only appear at certain times. Also, a number of studies have shown that an increase in a dog’s bowel movements to three times a day or more could be an indicator of a food allergy, as a healthy dog should typically only move its bowels about 1.5 times a day. Blood tests can also be performed by a vet to help identify potential allergies, though there are some that doubt the validity of the results.

Allergic reactions to food are unfortunately often difficult to diagnose. Because many owners feed their dogs dry or canned dog food with many different ingredients, often the best way to reliably test for food allergies is to put the dog on a strict diet of a new source of protein and a new source of carbohydrates for 12 weeks., such as venison and rice, for example. Assuming the dog’s symptoms clear up, the original food or ingredients can be introduced one at a time to the dog’s diet to see if the symptoms return. If an offending ingredient is identified, treatment is rather straightforward: simply refrain from feeding it to the pup. It’s important to afterwards check the ingredients of any store-bought dog food, since many contain a wide variety of ingredients. Many veterinarians will be able to recommend a special food, and some will sell owners the food directly, though be aware that the specially prepared foods are typically more expensive than common store-bought dog foods.

For particularly sensitive allergies, or for allergies for common ingredients, home-cooked food is always an option. Remember to always consult your vet before putting your pet on a new diet, as the meals need to be properly balanced so that your pet gets healthy amounts of the nutrients he or she needs. However, preparing the dog’s meals yourself could alleviate the cost of custom diets.

Although diagnosis can be a long and arduous process, the result is a happier and healthier pet, and a worry-free owner.

How To Take Care Of A Dog

Wednesday, June 10th, 2009

Saleem Rana asked:

If you want your dog to live a long and happy life, there are certain things you should do to ensure he stays healthy. A dog does not need as much care as a small child or baby would, but it does need attention and regular care to keep it healthy. Some dogs need more care than others, but on the whole dogs are easy-going, loyal creatures that enjoy human company.

Your dog needs to have an identity tag and regular vaccinations. Check what your local laws require. The dog tag should be attached to the dog’s collar and have your name, address and contact phone number on it, in case your dog gets lost. Once you have brought your dog home, you will need to take it to the veterinarian for health check-ups and vaccinations on a regular basis.

You need to feed your dog regularly! Provide him with adequate fresh water every day and enough healthy food for his breed type. Investigate the amount and type of food required for your dog.

Grooming is important for dogs. You must bathe your dogs once a month and keep their coats brushed and free from ticks and fleas. A dog’s teeth are very important and care is required to keep them healthy. Your dog’s ears and eyes must also be cleaned often and watched for diseases. You may also need to clip your dog’s nails on a regular basis. You may not have the time to carry out these tasks or feel confident enough to do them. That’s okay, you can always hire a dog groomer to groom your dog for you.

A dog needs plenty of exercise, and generally the bigger the dog, the more exercise it will need. If you are not prepared to exercise your dog on a daily basis then perhaps you should think about getting another kind of pet. Not only is regular exercise good for your dog’s health, but it also gives him the opportunity to be with you. Dogs crave company and like to be with their pack as much as possible. Remember when you are walking your dog he should always be on a leash.

Unless you are a dog breeder, it’s a good idea to get your dog spayed or neutered. Not only will this stop unwanted puppies arriving, it will also give your dog a longer, healthier life.

You may want to take your dog to obedience class. This will enable you to socialize your dog and give you more time together. Dogs are loyal companions and want nothing more than to be with their owner.

Caring for your dog should not be a difficult task, but an enjoyable one for both you and your loving pet.

Here are a few necessary items you must have for your dog:

1. Food for your dog. If you are getting a puppy, make sure the food you have is appropriate for puppies. Talk to the pet store or veterinarian about the most appropriate food for your dog.

2. A leash for walking your dog. Once your dog is off your property, you should always have it on a leash.

3. A collar and ID tag. Your dog must always have its ID tag on its dog collar. The tag will contain information about your dog, such as its name, and how to contact the owner should your dog get lost.

4. Two dog bowls one for water and one for food. Make sure you clean these regularly.

5. Kennel. Your dog needs warm shelter to keep out of the weather so unless you are going to have an inside dog, you need to provide your dog with a place to sleep at night, such as a dog kennel.

6. Bedding for your dog to sleep in. These come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and can be bought from the pet store or you can make up a comfortable place with old blankets and cushions for your dog to sleep on. A crate is useful for puppies to sleep in.

7. Dog toys! Dogs love to chew things and chase balls. Make sure you have a few on hand for your dog to play with. Ensure you get ones that are the right size for your dog. You don’t want ones that are too small and can be swallowed by your dog.

8. A brush and other grooming implements, especially if you have a long haired dog. Long haired dogs need extra care to keep their coats looking healthy and neat. You may need to purchase different types of combs, for untangling knots and getting at the dog’s undercoat. Make sure you know what type of grooming tools your need for your breed of dog.

9. Nail clippers to keep your dog’s nails neat. There are special dog nail clippers available.

10. Dog shampoo for when you give your dog a bath.

How Your Pets Diet Can Effect Diseases

Tuesday, June 9th, 2009

Beth Guide asked:

If you are feeding your dog store bought food that is produced by the large manufacturing companies, your pet may face some health problems. Some large manufacturers are using products in their food that has been removed from human foods. Find out what you are feeding your dog or cat.

Like most of the population, you would think that dog and cat food manufacturers are paying close attention to a healthy formula for your pets’ good health and wellbeing. It may surprise you to know that not all manufacturers do, and that some use discarded animal parts that can actually harm your dog.

Not long ago, pet owners were shocked to find out that the food they were feeding their dogs had toxic ingredients and were causing many deaths in the pet world. Healthy dogs were fed this store-bought dog food that was well trusted by the unsuspecting public. Federal testing of some of the cat and dog food and the wheat gluten used in their production turned up the chemical melamine, which can be toxic in high doses. Gluten brings elasticity and chewiness to baked products, but in this case was toxic.

Know what’s in your pets food. Make sure to always read the labels. Watch for by-products, which can contain diseased and contaminated slaughterhouse meats. Healthy dogs and cats can have their lives shortened by what they are eating every day. Also, meat from animals that have been drugged and chemical preservatives are also dangerous.

If at all possible, feed your pet all natural dog foods that have not been on the shelf for a long period of time. Food should be manufactured in smaller quantities to allow freshness. Food that has been sitting in a store for a year will not have the same quantities of nutrition it did when fresh. The longer the food sets the less nutrition.

A healthy dog should have a life expectancy of twenty years or more, yet most only survive ten to fifteen years. Good nutrition is key to ensure your dog lives out his full life and is not taken early by preventable diseases and bad diet.

Many things can be caused from improper nutrition such as, Allergies, Arthritis, Bladder problems, Cancer, Dental problems, Diarrhea, Diabetes, Digestive problems, Kidney problems, Liver problems and Obesity. Obesity can be caused by too much sugar and carbohydrates that are found in store-bought dog foods.

In the end, buy a quality dog food. All natural human grade food with no preservatives added. An Internet search can quickly find you the best natural food for your pets. In doing so you will increase their lives and their happiness.

What Pet Products Do you Need?

Tuesday, June 9th, 2009

Amelie Mag asked:

Since the pet has become more than a companion animal and it’s now considered a real member of the family, it’s only natural the number of pet supply stores to constantly increase, transforming this hobby into a profitable business. A pet supply store can offer a wide range of pet products that maintain the pet both healthy and happy.

Deciding what pet supply store to choose represents a real challenge nowadays, since different factors should be taken into consideration, such as the location of the shop, the pet products offered, the quality and the price of these pet products. Negligence in taking care of your pet is not admissible and pet owners know it better than anybody else.

Randomly buying pet products from the neighborhood pet supply store is not the best option anymore because the offer may not coincide with your demand. From a financial point of view, it is more advantageous to buy wholesale pet supplies since a lot of discounts are allowed. If one goes to the pet supply store once a month or even once every two months, it will make an important difference regarding the spent money. The same situation appears when purchasing pet products for more than one pet.

Another viable alternative that one should pay attention to is the online pet supply store. Just type “pet products” in search engines such as Google or Yahoo and you will find a lot of web sites ready to deliver your most desired pet supplies home. All you have to do is choose the pet supply store that best matches your criteria and order the wanted pet products. The online pet supply stores are very popular since you can choose from a multitude of items benefiting from the comfort of your own house. They are profitable as well because a low number of employees are needed, so the selling prices are not charged with the salaries index a regular pet supply store applies. The disadvantage from the pet owner’s point of view is that he or she cannot actually see the bought pet product. On the other hand, using the Internet, you can receive valuable pieces of advice which can improve your pet’s life. You can make a difference just by asking questions regarding the pet supplies you intend to purchase and finding out if they’re suitable for your favorite animal.

One category of pet products the owners of cats or dogs should pay special attention to is the food. Pets, just like humans, have different problems and if your dog is not in a healthy condition, just by buying one inappropriate food item, you could worsen its state of health. If you don’t have enough time to prepare a nutritious meal, alternatives can be found on the market. Products like ready-to-eat freeze-dried or frozen materials will be considered delicious by your pet. The pet can also benefit from vegetarian food. Food experts’ opinion, before buying pet products, is quite indicated.

The pet products for killing fleas or ticks represent another concern. These pet supplies that can be found in any pet supply store contain a high concentration of chemicals that, beside the insects, could poison the pets as well. Even the human beings that handle them, especially the children who are very vulnerable, can be in danger around these substances. Long-term use of these pet products can damage the animal’s brain and cause other serious diseases. If they do not respect hygiene rules, the toxic substances can also affect the children who play with the treated pets.

In order to avoid such problems, you can take certain measures such as using safer pet products, special shampoo for pets (which can be found in all pet supply stores). Another thing you can do is regularly brush the pet with a flea comb, attentively inspecting for fleas or any other insects that the animal could carry. Taking care of the pet’s bed is an efficient measure. Carefully vacuum the sleeping area from time to time preventing the fleas from appearing, cleaning the bed, using easily washable sheets and pillows.

Some other interesting items included in the pet supply stores’ offers are books for taking care of the pet. You can find books specially written for your dog, cat or other pets that will come in handy not only in the first few months, but later on also. Some successful pet products deserve to be taken into consideration and they are recommended by these special books. They will describe what you should feed your animal, the diseases it is predisposed to, its usual likes and dislikes and other problems that may occur. Of course, solutions can be found searching the Internet as well.

Taking proper care of your pet is not something as easy as it may seem. The beloved “child” of the family deserves the best and sacrifices are made in order to improve its living conditions. The market development allows this treatment through diverse products ready to satisfy the most outrageous desires.
