I have tried recipes from these sites and they are great! Hope you you like them and they help you!
You can substitute 1/2 to 1/3 of the oil/fat in any recipe with applesauce. With dog biscuits I have had great success replacing all of the oil with applesauce.
You can also replace at least half the flour with whole wheat, or better yet whole grain oat flour. Sometimes you can replace it all.
